EPIA MS Heatsink |
Morex showed us their P4ITX case, essentially one of their
very small
3688 cases with an upgraded 120W power supply,
additional 60mm fan and improved venting. The rumoured CLE266 / VT8237 chipset
EPIA MS was present on the VIA stand, this one running at 1.2Ghz and enclosed
in rather nice piano-shaped case from Silverstone.
More on that later.

DFI brought 3 different Mini-ITX boards to the show, covering
all the bases. The G3C100-P is
a CLE266 / VT8235 chipset C3 or Eden board with 2 DIMM slots and LVDS support.
The G5M100-N is a Socket 479 Pentium M board with 2 LAN sockets, Mini-PCI and
Intel 855GME chipset. The G4V100-P is a Socket 478 board supporting Prescott
CPUs, with an Intel 845GV chipset. Also on display was a new range of monitor
stands from Gigabyte.
