Suitable cases: All Mini-ITX cases with a power supply will work. The 4x SATA and 1x IDE makes this a good choice for cases with 4x HDD bays (e.g. ES34069). The heatsink of the GA-D525TUD is at the upper end of standard height meaning 1U chassis are a tight fit (not suitable for the TE-1160 chassis).

Note: This board replaces the GA-D510UD, adding DDR3 support and a slightly faster processor.

Memory: The GA-D525TUD supports DDR3 memory running at 800MHz up to 4GB (using 2 x 2GB DIMMs). This is not physically or electrically compatible with DDR/DDR2 memory. Fully tested DDR3 DIMMs are available here.
