WARNING: HDMI Connector on Flylead, not Rear Panel: This is a unique board designed primarily for connection by remote access. The HDMI connection is mounted on a 25cm flylead, *not* on the rear panel. Some basic metalwork will be required if a fixed HDMI connector is required. For example the board can be fitted to the rear of the M5X through the DB9 punch-out slot if mounting holes are drilled either side. The cable can also be fitted to a PCI mounting bracket with a DB9 hole if mounting holes are drilled (we offer our own bracket as an option if you do not want to do this). Please ask about our build services if you would prefer a complete solution.

Rear Panel Connectors: 1x RS232 Serial Port on RJ45 Connection; 2x USB 3.0; 1x Intel i219LM PHY Gigabit LAN with iAMT 11.0 Remote Access; 7x Intel i211AT PCI-E Gigabit LAN.

Board connectors: 1x Full length Mini PCI-Express Slot; 24-pin ATX Power Connector & 4-pin 12V ATX Power Connector (both must be connected); 2x USB 2.0 headers (for 4 ports); 6x SATA 6Gb/s connectors supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and JBOD; 2x DDR3 SODIMM Sockets; 1x GPIO header; 1x PS2 Keyboard/Mouse header; 1x Chassis Intrusion header; 1x Front panel header; 3x 4-pin Fan headers; 1x SIM Card Holder; 1x HDMI header (see notes above); 1x PCI-Express x4 Side-Slot (only supports Jetway Expansion Modules).

Suitable Cases: All our Mini-ITX chassis with at least a 120W power supply, and an appropriate low profile heatsink if necessary. If using a larger than 65W TDP processor, a larger power supply than 120W may be required. Please read our notes regarding the HDMI output.

iAMT 11.0 Remote Management: The JNF592-Q170 supports Intel's Active Management Technology to give hardware based remote management, when combined with a suitable vPro-capable processor (Intel i5-6500(T), i5-6600(T), i7-6700(T) processors).

Suitable Processors: The Asus H170I-PLUS D3 board supports 6th Gen Intel (Skylake) processors. The Asus H170I-PLUS D3 is not provided with a processor. Suitable processors are available here or in the 'you may also require' section to the left.

Heatsinks: The standard heatsink provided with the CPU will fit taller cases (including Compucase 8K01/8K07, Jou Jye 526/528/568). To use this board in a low profile case (e.g. M5X, M350) please use the Akasa 7106HP Low Profile heatsink. To use this board in a 1U case please use the Dynatron K2 1U Side blower heatsink.

Suitable Memory: The JNF592-Q170 uses DDR3 SODIMM memory. This is not compatible with DDR/DDR2 memory. Fully tested DDR3 SODIMMs are available here.
