Dynatron B13 Cooler with aluminum heatsink with embedded heatpipes suitable for cooling Intel Socket FCLGA 3647 Square ILM motherboards in a 2U Chassis.

Dynatron 6025 long life two-ball bearing axial fan draws cool air though the fins and extracts hot air to one side to support chassis airflow. Pre-applied high performance Shin-Etsu 7762 thermal grease ensures clean and easy installation.

Case Compatibility: Side blower design suitable for use in a 2U chassis. Tip: angle the B13 to force air out of the rear of the chassis.

Screw Fit: M4 Nuts surrounded by compression springs screw through Intel package carrier to motherboard.

Compatible Boards and CPUs: Intel Socket FCLGA 3647 Square ILM Motherboards fitted with a processor producing up to 205W CPU Heat Dissipation. Not to be equated directly to a CPU's Base Power or TDP figure as these understate heat output particularly in Turbo and Overclocked modes. CPU Turbo behaviour and fan speeds vs. temperature can be configured in a motherboard's BIOS.
