Akasa Maxwell Pro Fanless Mini-ITX Chassis - suitable for AMD AM4 & Intel Socket 1155/1200 Mini-ITX boards with up to 65W TDP processors

The Akasa Maxwell Pro is a Fanless Black Anodised Aluminium Mini-ITX Enclosure capable of housing Intel Socket 1151/1200 and AMD Socket AM4 Mini-ITX boards fitted with an up to a 65W TDP processor. Cooling is achieved through heatpipes attached to the CPU and to the each side of the case.

Bi-symmetrical extruded fins on either side of the case maximise the surface area of the exterior for increased heat dissipation. Coupled with internally hi-efficient passive thermal module and heat pipes to ensure the Thermal Design Power (TDP) is met, the case supports processors up to 65W TDP.

Intel and AMD compatible: Easily adjustable thermal module with 4 copper heat pipes which are compatible with Intel Socket 1155/1200 and AMD AM4 boards. Remember to ensure your processor has onboard graphics.

Drive Bays: Up to 2x 2.5in HDD/SSD mounted on a tray above the motherboard.

Front Panel: 2x USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A; 2x USB 2.0 Type-A; Power LED; HDD LED; Power Button.

Rear Panel: 5.5mm or 4pin hole for DC Input socket, 2x Serial port (DB9) holes (Serial port on header cable required); 2x Antenna fitting holes (Antenna & Pigtails required)

Power Supply Required: Select your external AC Adapter and internal power supply (picoPSU) according to your motherboard and processor requirements. Typically a Socket board with 65W TDP CPU is paired with a picoPSU-150/160-XT and 150W AC Adapter or 192W AC Adapter. Alternatively, a board with external AC Adapter could be used (examples).
