The AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D is a 16 Core, 32 Thread desktop processor based on AMD's Zen 4 architecture, using the new AM5 socket. It has a base clock speed of 4.2GHz and a boost clock speed of up to 5.7GHz. The Ryzen 9 7950X3D also includes 144MB of L3 cache and supports DDR5 memory up to 5200Hz.

X3D Technology: X3D processors are the next generation of AMD Ryzen processors that feature a new 3D V-Cache technology that stacks additional L3 cache on top of the CPU die. This results in a significant performance boost in a variety of workloads.
