For scale, the entire unit is about 26" on a side and about 24" tall at the picking tower (center in this picture, above the drive.)

The poor video quality is due to an old camera and bad lighting in my computer room. That said, here are various operations being performed:

I took a series of photos while the mechanism went through its paces. Unfortunately the disc flipping portion is so dang fast I had to capture it on different passes, so the photo between the fifth and sixth looks out of place.
