View of the micro power supply; the red shielding foam and Plexiglas under the motherboard. The second layer contains the power supply and the hard drive. The hard drive is mounted (centered) onto 2 pieces of Plexiglas at the height of the power supply to ensure a level surface for the motherboard.
Here the front panel is removed - the picture glued into the "screen" can be seen as well as the connections to the on/off switch and the hard drive Led. Looking at the pulled out hard drive, the Plexiglas panel on one side of the hard drive as well as underneath the motherboard are clearly visible. The challenge was how to get everything into the box.
The setup includes a Netgear wireless network connection, a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse and a 17" LCD panel.
