This picture shows how intense the cold cathode is in the dark and the two fans blowing air up toward the toast slot. This is so it will not run warm as toast. ;-)


This picture shows the cold cathode directly.


The blue metal air vents, the toggle for the cold cathode, the power connection, and the rest of the connectons. Notice the 2 large screws with the rubber gaskets are what hold the two halves of the toaster together. The three screws in a row are holes for a handle from when it was originally built.
