Project Week is over, and it's time to catch up on some news. Over Christmas Commell in Taiwan announced the LV-671 Mini-ITX form-factor motherboard, supporting the Pentium M processor at a zippy 1.7Ghz with 400MHz Frontside Bus. The LV-671 has onboard gigabit Ethernet, 6 channel audio, Intel's Extreme Graphics 2 supporting dual independent displays, including dual-channel LVDS panel support. Expansion includes both PCI and Mini-PCI or Mini-AGP ports, a PC Card and a Compact Flash socket, and the board can be powered directly with a 12V or 19V protected input. Commell have quite a wide selection of Mini-ITX boards and SBCs now.
